Our clients were empty nesters looking for a new construction home that was cozy for the two of them, yet welcoming (and durable) enough to host their adult children and grandchildren. We helped our clients select their lot, choose their builder, and then it was on to designing a bright and airy coastal feel with a lot of organic elements and textures. 

From the stone on the fireplace to the white oak floors and furnishings, the overall vibe is warm, clean, and comfortable. In the details, the design really sings, from the arched kitchen backdrop to reeded details in both the island and the bathroom vanities. 

Our absolute favorite thing in this home? The blue LaCanche range! We waited nearly a year for it to arrive and it was totally worth it!
